Our apartment is situated in the central located district Krößbach, which is close to Neustift (5 km) and the Stubai glacier (12 km). In just 2 minutes walk you can reach the next bus stop.

In only 100 m you can find a rope lift and conveyor ski lift, which is ideal for children and beginners.

It ́s the perfect starting point for cross-country skiers and for those, who love to go sledding (night-sledding at Milderaunalm).

The apartment is equipped as follows: free wifi, TV in the living room and both bedrooms, satellite system, amazon prime (movies to buy/pay extra), bathroom and separate toilet, hair dryer, safe, sun protection in every room, shoe dryer, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Bed linen and towels are provided for free.

Private parking places are located directly in front of the apartment (carport).
